Application Process

Interested Applicants Must Complete the Following Steps:

1. Step 1: Complete the Application Form Fill out the application form to ensure your candidacy is considered.

2. Step 2: Submit the Deposit Fee A deposit fee is required to secure your spot.

To maintain a high-quality experience that fosters intimate discussions and focused learning, only 10 student spots are available at this time.

Selection Process:
Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, with submitted essays also considered in the selection process.

Acceptance Timeline:
Participants will receive an acceptance letter by mid April.

Post-Acceptance Requirements:
Upon receiving your acceptance letter, the following materials must be submitted by the date specified in your acceptance package:

• Health Form

• Travel Waiver

• Copy of Participant's Passport

• Travel Permission Declaration Form

Deadline to Apply is April 15, 2025. We encourage applicants to apply as early as possible in order to help facilitate planning.
All payments must be made by May 5, 2025
All payments are non-refundable, and non-cancellable after May 15, 2025
